If you have received a post card with the above referenced “Service Code” We are simply writing to let you know the "Required 2nd lock" (preferably a round disc lock) is missing from your storage unit door. Your primary barrel lock was found in place and in the locked position. Our new doors have a position for the second lock and it is "Our policy to require this additional lock" be in place to double the protection against unauthorized entry by a third party. If you have received this notice, we have placed a new disc lock on your door, added the cost of the lock ($6.00) to your account and will have the keys available to you at our front desk during normal business hours.  Click in this link for our office hours and contact information.
