| Founded in 1986, Valley Mini Storage began as a small storage facility on the southern edge of Colorado Springs. This facility had a humble beginning with a small group of renters. With a reasonable amount of foresight and a lot of hard work, we have expanded year after year to meet the needs of our community. We now occupy 72,000 sq feet of warehouse space. Twenty-four years in the same location has given us both the experience and exposure to technology that provide our customers the best service possible. In 1986 we started in a 400 sq foot office with a small heater and one light switch. Our customer service center now occupies 4,000 sq ft with cutting edge technology to protect and serve our customers on a daily basis. Our computers and video surveillance are state of the art and certainly play an important role in monitoring the security and operation of this facility. All of us at Valley Mini Storage love what we do. We are family owned and each and every one of us puts our heart into our individual responsibilities. We cover an entire city block. That is a lot of responsibility in terms of operation as well as maintenance. We have striven to build a facility that operates with a high level of efficiency and dedication to our customers. Little did we know how much we would come to love working here. I think our managers know 95% of our customers by their first names.This is a fun place to work, with lots of stories shared and individual needs fulfilled.
