Your name and rental unit have been posted to the “Non Paying Units Set For Sale" , the rent due for occupying this rental unit has gone beyond its legal limit. It is now in foreclosure status and will no longer be handled by our on-site office.
All questions or comments need to be directed to Dean B. Butterfield at valleystaff@gmail.com or by calling him directly at (719) 440-1382. When an account becomes 30 days past due, there is good reason for us to believe this rental unit has been abandoned. On the 31st day we cut off the existing lock, inspect the unit, take a photograph and ready it for sale or disposal. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If you have any interest in preserving the goods stored in this rental unit, you are advised to take immediate action. You can respond with one of our online forms.Your choices are: 1) Notify us you have moved. "I Have Moved" 2) Call Dean Butterfield at (719) 440-1382 to find out whether you qualify for payment arrangements. If you do, fill out "Payment Agreements" and fax or mail it to the address listed below. Last but not least 3) Instruct us to vacate your unit."Vacate My Unit". Mail or Fax any agreement to: 639 Carson Blvd, Fountain. Co. 80817. Agreements will only be valid when signed by both the legal tenant and an authorized representative of Valley Mini Storage. The responsibility of stopping this foreclosure action rest 100% on the tenant’s shoulders.  All rental charges, late fees and foreclosure cost will continue to accrue until such time the matter of “Non Payment” is resolved.
